  • Meet Courtney (real name changed).

I worked with a woman named Courtney (her real name changed).

Her periods were slowing her down. She was a holistic nutrition student and was diligent about clean eating and exercise.

When she came to me she was having PMS, cramps and stubborn weight gain around the hip/thigh area, the hormonal spots. We did a hormone test and started on 2 supplements and made very small tweaks in her nutrition, boosting up a few foods to support estrogen clearance.

The test confirmed what we thought, estrogen dominance but the cortisol(stress hormone) was surprisingly high. We carried on the tretament plan with just a few adjustments.

Within 6 weeks she had lost nearly 2 INCHES from her waistline! She felt amazing and her confidence was at an all-time high. She even ordered new clothes. It was so important to her as she was opening her new business, and taking on health clients that she felt confident and comfortable in the way she showed up to her business.

She then had her first cramp-free cycle, she was in her 30s and this hadn't happened in YEARS! With just a few targeted adjustments to her lifestyle.

We retested her hormone levels to ensure she was ready to come off her supplements and within 6 months her estrogen had dropped dramatically. We were beyond excited.

She is one of the thousands of women who I've seen transform with little adjustments and simple changes.

  • Meet Tara (real name changed).

Tara had PMDD. A very severe form of PMS. Like to the point where she had to take an ENTIRE week off of work because of her mood before her period.

She was funny, ambitious, such a hard worker and was crushing it with her sales at work

She came in ready to go, she had friends use my protocol and she was ready to make whatever changes I suggested.

She said, should I change my breakfast lunch and dinner? and do this and that?

I'm like girl, just eat a healthier breakfast and we'll take it one step at a time.

She also got on 2 hormone supplements, she did her hormone test.

Within ONE week of changing her breakfast, she'd dropped 5 lbs of inflammation and water weight.

Within 4 weeks, after years and years of terrible mood swings and cramps, she had A SYMPTOM FREE period. She was visiting an old friend for the weekend when her period came. They stayed up all night chatting and laughing, no cramps, no pain, no tears.

I was almost in tears when she told me this. Someone in such a severe state iwth her mood changes, changed so quickly. We were so excited.

  • Meet Erin (real name changed).

She loved her career and her family, but there were times, like the week before her period when it all felt very overwhelming.

Her mood could flip at the drop of a hat. Her family was cautious, not knowing how she would react and she felt bad about this.

She worked so hard and was such a loving, kind person.

But now she felt like she was always at the end of her fuse for an entire week every single month.

As we chatted, we quickly realized she had every indication of out-of-balance hormones:

Breakouts before her periods, even though she was in her 30s (super annoying)

Serious bloating, to the point where she felt so uncomfortable in jeans

Cramps to the point where even though she was insanely busy, she felt she had to sit for the entire day and this drove her nuts

We started on a few hormone supplements and some nutritional and lifestyle changes. She was seeing huge differences, in about 4 weeks.

💥She didn't feel so wired and amped up.

💥She wasn't reactive anymore with her family.

    💥Like, not snappy at all.

💥She said she could catch her breath when things were getting chaotic and deal with things calmly, this was such a switch.

💥She had NO bloating, for the entire month.

    💥She felt more confident.

I am so excited about her success in only a few short weeks, I can't wait to see how her relationships continue to change and how much better she feels as we continue our work together.
